Common questions

Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No. You can book most tests yourself. If a result needs medical follow-up, we will advise you to share your report with your GP.

How quickly will I get my results?

Most routine tests are reported within one working day of the sample reaching the laboratory. Some specialist tests take longer, and we list the expected time for each one.

Can someone come to my home?

Yes. Choose "Home visit" when booking and a phlebotomist will come to you across Bradford, Manchester and nearby areas.

Will you explain my results?

Your report shows each result against its reference range. You can also book a short call with one of our scientists to talk it through.

How is my information kept private?

Your details and results are stored securely and are only shared with you, or with a clinician you choose.
